St. George Island Cottage Getaway

Sometimes all you really need is a little getaway at the beach... and here's a good one that just came on the market.  It celebrates low-key island living, on a quiet street, with great neighbors, just a short walk or golf cart ride to the prettiest sunset spot on St. George - and you can hear the beach from the deck! 

Keep your kayak and your fishing gear handy - you'll be using them a lot.  Plenty of storage, three bedrooms and two baths, plenty of room to relax, but not enough to have a ton of guests - which has its attractions - they can always rent a place nearby.  This place is just for *you*! 

Upgrades abound - new kitchen, nice appliances, nice granite, new water heater, new HVAC, new aerobic septic, whole house water treatment system - all the things you *would* need to do eventually have already been *done*. 

Bring your flip flops and stop by Island View Seafood and the Blue Store on the way in, and you are all set for the weekend!
