Excellent closing in St. George Island's Plantation

Well, not to brag, but one of my customers just closed on a fabulous home in the exclusive Plantation development on St. George Island. He bought a really nice house on a half acre lot with peekaboo views of the gulf, beautifully decorated and furnished down to the forks and spoons, for $328,000. This is an excellent deal, the best in the Plantation in the last 5 years, in my opinion.

And look at those smiles!

The name of this house is "Gulf Stream Dream" and he will be keeping it on the rental market for now with Collins Vacation Rentals, www.collinsvacationrentals.com. He and his family and friends will be using the house a lot themselves, but he'll also be enjoying some investment income from this property.
