Overall the market was down in 2019 but the decrease was primarily from a slow first quarter as the areas were recovering from Hurricane Michael. Sales started picking up in the second and third quarters, with the fourth quarter showing a strong finish, much improved over last year. 2020 has also started off with a bang with sales in January equal to the entire first quarter of 2019.
93 Homes sold on the island in 2018 compared to 107 homes sold in 2019.
40 homes sold in Apalachicola in 2019 vs. 53 sold in 2018.
